Our solutions help businesses reach broader markets and scale efficiently.How you will make an impact in this roleAs the Director of Product - Trust Vision at Trusting Social, you will lead the development and growth of our Trust Vision product group, overseeing its vision, strategy, execution, and P&L. Spearhead the innovation of AI-powered products that push the boundaries of what’s possible to make the digital world safer for both consumers and institutions through AI and Big Data. - Continuously identify emerging trends, technologies, and customer needs to stay ahead of the curve and drive groundbreaking product development, securing our product leadership. - Define and continuously refine our product vision and our roadmap for the development of our suite of AGI agents for banking & financial services.Global Market Expansion: Take ownership of the product's global market expansion strategy, achieving product adoption, scaling revenue, and managing profitability at a global scale.Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, data scientists, marketing, and sales, to align product goals and execution. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation to deliver high-quality products.Product Portfolio Leadership: Oversee the development of a diverse product suite, including digital identity, eKYC, onboarding, and payment authentication solutions, AGI agents. Ensure products meet the highest standards in security, scalability, and user experience.Customer-Centric Innovation: Stay deeply connected with individual and institutional customer needs, pain points, and feedback. Prioritize features and enhancements that will drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and long-term value.Data-Driven Decision Making: Use both quantitative data and qualitative customer insights to measure product performance, refine features, and make informed decisions that drive product success and business growth.Financial P&L Management: Own the P&L for the Trust Vision product group, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and effective resource allocation.Mentor & Develop Talent: Foster a high-performance culture within the product and cross-functional teams by promoting continuous learning, empowering team members, and creating a space for bold, innovative thinking.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key clients, partners, and industry leaders.
