As a Manufacturing Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities include managing production schedules and optimizing workflows. The manager will also collaborate with other departments to improve productivity and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards. Furthermore, the Manufacturing and Operations Manager will hire and train a high-performing operations team to support these objectives. Note: this role may involve substantial international travel.

Required qualifications:
Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations management.
Proven ability to optimize production processes and improve operational efficiency.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt or Black Belt).
Experience with ERP systems and advanced manufacturing technologies.
