· Sales Incentive Models: Create and calibrate incentive structures that reward growth behaviors in commercial functions and align with revenue targets.
· Organizational Design: Support business units with org structure development, span-of-control analytics, and capability assessments to enable scale and agility.
· Manpower Cost and HC Reporting: Lead workforce planning, cost tracking, and regular reporting to senior stakeholders. Build dashboards and headcount control mechanisms in collaboration with Finance.
· Benchmarking and Market Intelligence: Maintain awareness of regional and global reward trends, particularly in tech and AI sectors.
· Hands-on Delivery: Independently manage deliverables across C&B and OD workstreams without a team, while coordinating with other HC functions.
· Executive Compensation: Contribute to the design and communication of senior leadership compensation programs in alignment with business strategy and governance standards.
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Strategy, and Business Unit Heads to co-create data-backed people solutions.
. Comply with QHSE, Information Security, Privacy, Business Continuity, and Risk Management policies and procedures.
. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
· 10–15 years of progressive experience in C&B and OD, ideally within tech or high-growth innovation-driven industries.
· Proven experience presenting to and managing expectations of Nominations & Remuneration Committees or Boards.
· Strong command of performance management systems, salary benchmarking, incentive planning, and workforce analytics.
· Passion for data, metrics, and structured problem-solving; Excel and Power BI wizardry is a plus.
· Strong business acumen and the ability to align people strategies with organizational goals.
· Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and deliver outcomes in a lean setup.
· High energy, humility, and a “no task is too small” attitude.
