Become a leader at Adobe, driving the adoption of Adobe's products and AI tools. As the Customer Zero and AI Tool Adoption Leader, you will lead the "Customer Zero" initiative within ATS, integrating Adobe's latest tools effectively. Your main focus is to promote innovation and encourage global customers to adopt standard methodologies.
You will direct a comprehensive product strategy from conception and definition through end of life. You’ll function as a critical resource for product development teams to receive feedback on Adobe products based on successful deployment and adoption across ATS. You’ll promote the use of new technology and industry-leading trends as part of the overall adoption portfolio.
This role in the ATS - Transformation Management Office will impact VP+ level and cross multiple product groups. You will influence decision-making and key findings for the CZ and Tool adoption roadmap. You will work with different BUs and potentially with parties outside of Adobe.
Lead Internal Product Adoption (“Customer Zero”):
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
