You will direct a comprehensive product strategy from conception and definition through end of life. You’ll function as a critical resource for product development teams to receive feedback on Adobe products based on successful deployment and adoption across ATS. You’ll promote the use of new technology and industry-leading trends as part of the overall adoption portfolio.

This role in the ATS - Transformation Management Office will impact VP+ level and cross multiple product groups. You will influence decision-making and key findings for the CZ and Tool adoption roadmap. You will work with different BUs and potentially with parties outside of Adobe.

What You'll Do:

Lead Internal Product Adoption (“Customer Zero”):

  • Develop strategies to incorporate Adobe tools into internal workflows, showcasing standard methodologies that can be shared externally.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather insights and real-time feedback, driving continuous product improvement.

Drive AI Tool Adoption and Literacy:

  • Conduct regular workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions to improve AI tool literacy across Adobe teams.
  • Find opportunities to streamline and innovate workflows across departments, guiding teams on effective integration of AI.

Feedback and Insights Loop:

  • Build a structured feedback loop to capture insights on product use, challenges, and opportunities, relaying this data to product teams for iterative improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal collaborators, including IT, HR, and department heads, to align tool adoption strategies with organizational needs.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Develop and monitor metrics to measure the adoption, usage, and impact of Adobe’s products and AI tools internally.
  • Build and present regular reports on adoption progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.

Change Management and Communication:

  • Craft and implement a comprehensive change management plan to promote the adoption of new tools and workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal communications to build and share content that encourages enthusiasm for Adobe's own products and innovative solutions.

What you need to succeed:

  • Minimum 10+ years in product adoption, digital transformation, or product management, with a strong background in change management and cross-functional leadership.
  • Familiarity with Adobe’s suite of products, especially Creative Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Document Cloud, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML tools and applications, ideally within an enterprise environment.
