Job Purpose

The Digital Solutions & Oracle Operations Manager is responsible for leading the Digital Solutions & Oracle Operations department, driving the implementation, optimization, and integration of enterprise resource planning (Oracle ERP) systems and digital solutions. The role involves managing a team of specialists, ensuring system efficiency, supporting organizational transformation initiatives, and aligning ERP operations with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute strategies for ERP system implementation, optimization, and upgrades to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERP solutions with the company’s digital transformation goals.
• Ensure alignment of ERP operations with industry best practices and organizational objectives.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor the ERP team, including developers, database administrators, and digital solutions specialists.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

ERP System Oversight

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Oracle EBS (R12) and other digital solutions.
• Manage system integrations, ensuring data consistency and reliability across platforms.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of ERP systems and recommend improvements.

Data & Security Management

• Ensure database security, availability, and integrity.
• Monitor database performance, conduct capacity planning, and execute necessary updates or migrations.

Process Improvement

• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in ERP operations and implement change management programs to address them.
• Optimize workflows by extending Oracle EBS functionality through custom APIs, alerts, and user hooks.

Customer Support

• Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the ERP team to ensure their needs are met effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated system issues promptly.

Reporting & Documentation

• Generate reports using Oracle Reports 10g/11g, BI Publisher, and other tools.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes, integrations, and customizations.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital solutions, ERP operations, or related roles.
• Proven track record of implementing and managing Oracle ERP systems (EBS R12).
• Strong experience with ERP integration technologies, methodologies, and tools.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in Oracle EBS modules, including Financials or SCM/Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL programming, XML & XSL programming, and Oracle database maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Strong understanding of batch and real-time integrations, error handling, and reconciliation processes.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Certified Architect.
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP).
