DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER 

Directs the Digital Marketing team and oversees all aspects of American Hospital Dubai's digital marketing operations. Develops and leads comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and improve patient engagement. Ensures alignment with the hospital's overall marketing and business goals while fostering innovation and digital excellence.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develops and directs the implementation of the overall digital marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with the hospital's vision and business objectives.
  • Provides strategic direction and leadership to the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manages the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial procedures.
  • Builds and maintains strategic relationships with digital agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance digital marketing efforts.
  • Conducts regular market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Oversees all digital transformation initiatives, including the management and optimization of the hospital's websites, apps, and other digital properties.
  • Ensures the development and execution of effective social media, CRM, and content strategies to engage and grow the hospital's audience.
  • Leads the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., website, email, PPC, SEM, SEO, mobile advertising, affiliate marketing, social media) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Utilizes data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing performance, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts through rigorous analysis of customer research, market conditions, and performance metrics.
  • Develops and leads a robust Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy to ensure high visibility and organic growth.
  • Champions digital innovation within the organization, staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Marketing or Advertising.
  • Knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and website analytics.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in Digital Marketing.
  • Skills in Analytical and Organization.
  • Skills in Leadership and Relationship Management.
  • Ability to be organised and thorough.
  • Ability to be creative with excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Arabic fluently.
  • Experience in Healthcare Marketing preferred.

  • Builds, plans, implements, and manages the overall digital marketing strategy including the digital marketing roadmap to translate the brand vision and business plan into a coherent digital marketing strategy using Return on Investment (ROI)/Key Performance Indicators (KPl) measurements to improve brand awareness.
  • Organizes, leads, manages, and motivates digital marketing team to achieve organization goals along with developing their annual skills audit and conducting the annual training programs.
  • Plans, prepares, and manages digital marketing budget ensuring all projects are correctly scoped, briefed, and brought in on time and budget and ensuring budget books are written and adhered to and financial procedures are followed.
  • Conducts supplier reviews and manages digital agency relationships, ensuring all projects are brief and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conducts forecast sales performance trends and acts proactively to increase our market segment by developing specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction and to drive online traffic/data capture/conversions through the digital suite of the brand.
  • Manages and maintains the digital transformation projects including the brand's suite of websites, apps, digital integrations and other digital properties to improve the usability, design, content, data capture and conducting conversion.
  • Oversees all the brand's social media accounts with co-developing social media strategy, CRM strategy and subsequent rollout plan for the brand.
  • Manages and oversees digital marketing campaigns and techniques on different digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, email marketing, Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), mobile advertising, affiliate marketing and social media) ensuring brand consistency and leads generation.
  • Tracks campaign activities to improve the website development, campaign channels, conversion rates and strategy based on a variety of data sources (e.g. Google Analytics, user testing, focus groups and other sources).
  • Evaluates customer research, market conditions, and competitor and industry benchmark data to assess internal effectiveness/identify future opportunities for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Co-develops efficient content strategy and calendar ensuring the content produced meets audience expectations, and requirements digitally Search Engine Optimization (SEO)-friendly content and follows the brand's tone of voice guidelines.
  • Ensures active management of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) program in line with significant industry developments using all the available techniques including keyword research, building backlinks and maintaining onsite and offsite optimization.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
