Position Overview:

As part of Cellebrite Advanced Services, the Digital Intelligence Specialist (DIS) provides expert support to our customers by performing specialized forensic and investigation services within the Advanced Services lab and on customer sites. The Digital Intelligence Specialist will work closely with our customers to support their operational needs.

*This position is a Maternity leave cover role

Responsibilities & Scope of Role:

  • Provide excellent customer experience by engaging with internal & external customers.
  • Operate specialized Cellebrite systems to perform digital forensic work.
  • Ensure all activities are completed to a high standard and per customer expectations.
  • Provide advanced training to Cellebrite customers.
  • Deployment of Cellebrite solutions.
  • Record activity in the case management system in real-time.
  • Respond to the customer’s immediate investigational needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or Previous experience in Digital Forensics, Engineering Support, or Technical Support.
  • Past law enforcement experience is a plus.
  • Experience in electronics or software quality testing is a plus.

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Understand mobile phone technology and mobile OS basics.
  • Committed and enthusiastic to exceed customer expectations.
  • “Can do” personality, adaptive, and able to work independently.
  • Quick learner, tech-savvy.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal & written.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

Additional Position Details:

  • This is a unique position that will require a highly trusted person in addition to a technical background.
  • Flexible availability is required. Some work may be needed after business hours and on weekends.
