We are seeking a talented Digital Content Manager to create and optimize a range of digital content to drive brand awareness and demand generation. This role requires an excellent writer who can balance storytelling with data-driven insights to deliver engaging content across various digital channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting meaningful user experiences, ensuring brand consistency, and driving business results.
Your Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
Plan, create, edit, and publish high-quality content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, email campaigns, and social media updates
Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure delivery of digital content to meet the needs of Hawk’s marketing goals
Collaborate with internal teams, designers, writers, and external agencies to create compelling content
Optimize content against key metrics to ensure visibility, reach and engagement
Newsletters & Email Marketing:
Own the newsletter strategy for Hawk, building our reach and engagement with prospects, customers, partners, and analysts
Continually improve email marketing performance by growing the database and enhancing content
Website:
Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and Product Marketing team to build web pages that convey the strength of our products and solutions
Continually improve our web pages to maximize the success of our user journeys and conversions
Reporting:
Review analytics platforms on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to assess performance of digital content
Draw actionable conclusions to improve performance and deliver on business goals
Produce reports for the Marketing and Leadership teams on what content is performing and what changes need to be made to the plan
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all digital content adheres to brand guidelines, voice, and tone
