Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership and Coordination:
    • Oversee the performance of the external delivery team, ensuring optimal collaboration between data engineers, data scientists, UI/UX designers, AI engineers, and software developers.
    • Act as the bridge between the delivery center and product teams, managing communication and expectations effectively.
  • Agile Project Management:
    • Manage priorities, backlogs, and development sprints using Scrum methodologies.
    • Track the velocity and productivity of the development team and implement strategies to optimize delivery.
  • Strategic Operations:
    • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the AI Delivery Center's performance in alignment with organizational goals.
    • Monitor key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement:
    • Foster a lean approach to address challenges and implement continuous improvement processes.
    • Ensure the delivery center remains innovative and competitive by incorporating the latest trends in AI and Gen AI technologies.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions that generate business value.
    • Ensure customer-centricity and alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • Technology Expertise:
    • Leverage expertise in Microsoft Azure to drive the effective deployment of AI solutions.
    • Ensure robust infrastructure and technical capabilities within the delivery center.

Qualifications & Experience

·  Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing digital transformation projects and programs, with a strong focus on AI/Gen AI applications.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

·  Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of agile project management, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and related tools for AI and data solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

·  Knowledge and Industry Insight:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of AI/Gen AI technologies and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, IT systems architecture, and AI applications.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
