Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Developer Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving engagement with the developer audience, fostering a vibrant community, and championing our position as a leader in the AI space. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by connecting with developers, understanding their needs, and creating initiatives that resonate deeply within this audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies specifically targeted at developer audiences
• Build and nurture an active developer community through events, content, and engagement programs
• Create technical content including documentation, tutorials, code samples, and implementation guides
• Organize and lead developer-focused events, workshops, and webinars
• Collaborate with product teams to gather developer feedback and insights
• Develop and maintain relationships with key developers and technical influencers
• Track and analyze developer engagement metrics to optimize marketing strategies

• Champion the developer perspective in product discussions and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in developer marketing or developer relations
• Proven track record of building and growing developer communities
• Strong technical background with hands-on development experience
• Deep understanding of developer workflows, tools, and preferences
• Excellent content creation skills, with ability to explain complex technical concepts
• Experience with developer-focused events and community programs
• Strong understanding of the AI/ML landscape, particularly in agentic technologies
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
