We’re seeking an ambitious Design Engineer to join our team in rapidly iterating creative concepts into functional, high-quality interactive AI applications. This role involves close collaboration with our product, design, and engineering teams to integrate AI-driven features seamlessly into our platform.

Responsibilities

What You'll Build

• Deep integration with AI STT and real-time streaming

• React-native / Expo web and mobile apps

• Indie dev / small team environment

• Remote, flexible hours

Rapid Prototyping

• Intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for AI-enabled applications using modern design tools and frameworks.

• Use AI IDEs to rapidly prototype and iterate designs based on user feedback and performance analytics.

• Build and maintain robust front-end components using modern web technologies (e.g., Next.js, React, TypeScript).

• Work closely with backend and AI teams (e.g., Python-based AI services) to ensure seamless orchestration of features.

• Optimize performance for real-time rendering and interactivity across devices.

Requirements

• Must be technical

• Proven portfolio of beautifully-crafted applications or experiences

• design engineering, interactive UI/UX

• Experience with 3D graphics, shaders, and animation a plus

• Proficiency in modern web development frameworks (Next.js, TypeScript, etc.)
