Resubmits denied claims, analyses denials, and provides feedback. Compiles quarterly or semi-annual reconciliation sheets and collaborates with payers as needed.

• Resubmits denied claims according to assigned tasks, conducts denial analysis, and provides timely feedback.
• Coordinates with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure prompt responses to emails and queries regarding resubmissions.
• Reviews rejections from payers and assigns relevant codes based on physician responses to post-rejection queries.
• Compiles quarterly or semi-annual reconciliation sheets and engages in follow-up communication with payers as necessary.
• Conducts denial analysis and provides feedback to all relevant stakeholders involved.

• Bachelor's Degree in any field, Medical preferred
• Certified Procedural Coder (CPC) preferred
• Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) preferred

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Claims Resubmission.
• Knowledge of Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) coding preferred.
• Skills in Spreadsheets and Software Modules.
• Ability to utilise Health Information Systems (HIS) software.
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
