About the role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our demand generation team. This person will be responsible for overseeing the execution of demand generation programs, optimizing conversion rates across funnel stages, and developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive up awareness and pipeline growth.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, tech-savvy professional with a passion for marketing and particularly demand generation. We are looking for someone who will enjoy doing market and competitor research, building and executing integrated marketing campaigns, driving funnel optimization, program management and ultimately driving consistent, qualified pipeline generation for DevRev.

Responsibilities
- Program Management
- Manage and optimize critical demand generation programs to drive up outcomes and pipeline generation.
- Act as the demand generation programs lead and collaborate closely with sales, marketing and product teams to coordinate critical cross-project activities effectively.
- Audit the planning and execution of critical projects, and come up with suitable strategies to achieve milestones, objectives and goals.
- Develop, manage and maintain budget and ROI for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business objectives.
- Funnel Optimization
- Develop a data-informed strategy on audience segmentation, offer development and marketing channel orchestration to get the best possible outcomes from campaigns.
- Monitor key metrics at each stage of the funnel, such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, to understand where potential customers drop off.
- Identify areas in the funnel where conversion rates are low and analyzing the reasons behind it, like confusing landing pages, poor call-to-actions, or irrelevant messaging.
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize web pages, website CTAs, landing pages, lead-gen forms, email and social sequences, and other marketing elements to drive up conversions.
- Implementing strategies to personalize the customer journey and experience based on user data and behavior to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Continually look at ongoing innovations and best practices to elevate the program experience, and results.
- Integrated Digital Marketing
- Implement creative and effective campaigns across all the digital channels i.e. organic search, paid search, organic social, paid social, display ad networks and email.
- Accountable for all leading and lagging indicators of campaigns including impressions, clicks, cost per lead, lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline and return on spend.
- Allocate budgets efficiently across channels to generate high returns on spend.
- Collaborate efficiently with sales, demand generation, brand marketing, and product marketing teams to scale campaigns across channels.
- Partner with the content team to drive ad copy optimization across channels.
- Partner with the design team to drive ad creative optimization across channels.
- Partner with the SEO team to make the most of keyword research tools to periodically add new campaigns and restructure existing campaigns.
- Perform regular competitor research to develop new demand generation strategies.
- Analyze large volumes of data and generate valuable insights to drive up outcomes.
- Keep abreast of trends, updates and best practices across channels and our industry.
Requirements
- Passionate about technology, software, marketing and demand generation.
- 3-10 years of experience in techno functional roles.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company.
- Experience in working with a content team to drive campaign execution.
- Experience in working in a B2B SaaS company is an added advantage.
- Experience in planning, implementing and reporting a revenue-led campaign strategy is a plus.
- Good understanding of marketing fundamentals to consistently identify opportunities to attract relevant organic traffic, and run experiments to improve conversion to leads and pipeline.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities and manage complex projects.
