• Manage and maintain the customer's Dell CSG (Client Solutions Group) environments, including hardware and software administration.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and design appropriate Dell CSG solutions.
  • Perform installations, upgrades, and patches for Dell CSG systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dell hardware and software components of CSG systems.
  • Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and optimize configurations for efficient operation.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including installation guides, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on Dell CSG related matters.
  • Support End User with an on-prem file backup solution based on Dell EMC Backup Services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in Dell CSG offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in implementing and supporting Dell CSG systems.
  • Experienced in SCCM operation and packaging (drivers and application )
  • Knowledge of Dell laptops, desktops, workstations, and other client-focused solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Relevant certifications in Dell CSG or similar technologies are preferred.
