Federato Technologies is a Series B startup based in San Francisco, CA backed company funded by some of the most prominent VCs in the Bay Area. We build software leveraging data and AI to enable large insurance carriers to improve their portfolio optimization and make insurance affordable again. You will be making fundamental implementation decisions each and every day that enable our customers to be successful and therefore play a significant role in the company’s long term success. This is a remote position, but we do have an office in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
Lead aligned program teams to efficiently deliver successful customer implementations on time with quality
Develop and own and leverage project plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
Define and track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and drive cross functional execution of program deliverables
Partner with cross functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases
Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation
Proactively identify and communicate product improvements to product engineering leaders and stakeholders
Requirements
B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
4+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management experience
Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.
Exceptional project management skills
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership
Communication experience and previous successes in defining processes
Organizational coordination experience and experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners
Analytical and problem-solving experience with complex systems and processes
