Your mission

• Lead and manage large-scale defense programs focused on NATO and government-funded UAV and counter-drone projects
• Oversee contract negotiations, compliance, and execution of military procurement programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with NATO, defense ministries, and government agencies to secure funding and contracts
• Ensure adherence to ITAR, EAR, BAFA, NATO procurement policies, and defense acquisition regulations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, finance, and regulatory affairs, to meet contract deliverables
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities, grants, and defense R&D programs (e.g., EDF, DARPA, DIU, EU Horizon)
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure successful contract execution
• Represent the company at defense industry events, NATO summits, and government briefings

Your profile

• 5+ years experience in defense program management, government contracting, or military procurement
• Strong knowledge of NATO procurement frameworks, FMS (Foreign Military Sales), and defense grants
• Proven experience in managing multi-million-dollar government defense projects
• Familiarity with defense regulatory frameworks (ITAR, DFARS, NIST 800-171, FAR/DFAR compliance)
• Ability to navigate military funding structures, joint programs, and classified projects
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, contract negotiation, and strategic planning

• Background in UAV, counter-UAV, electronic warfare (EW), or military aerospace programs
• Experience working with defense primes, military alliances, and classified procurement programs
• Knowledge of dual-use technology funding and international defense cooperation agreements
