Role Overview:

The DC Resilience & Facilities Advisor at DeepSource Technologies is responsible for ensuring the resilience and operational effectiveness of our data center facilities. This role focuses on assessing, designing, and implementing strategies that enhance the reliability and security of our data center operations. You will work closely with various teams to develop and optimize infrastructure resilience, improve disaster recovery protocols, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will be essential in fostering an environment that prioritizes uptime, performance, and security within the data center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing data center facilities to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements in resilience.
• Design and implement disaster recovery strategies, ensuring alignment with business continuity objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize data center infrastructure for maximum reliability and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to data center operations, including disaster recovery plans, maintenance schedules, and compliance reports.
• Lead training and awareness programs for staff on resilience best practices and emergency response procedures.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements to data center facilities.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in data center management, facility operations, or resilience advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and network systems.
• Experience with disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and risk assessment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CCMP, or similar) are advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational excellence.
• Effective communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
