The Role in Detail

As a Data Scientist, you’ll be at the forefront of leveraging data to solve complex problems and drive strategic decisions, shaping the future of data-driven solutions. You’ll design and optimize machine learning models, extract insights from large datasets, and communicate actionable findings to stakeholders. Your expertise will encompass a variety of techniques, from regression and clustering to neural networks and NLP, ensuring impactful results. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business analysts, you’ll translate business needs into technical solutions and guide projects from exploration to deployment.

Must-haves:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in machine learning, algorithm development, big data platforms and technology.
  
• Good Understanding of predictive and machine learning techniques like logistic regression, random forest, Gradient Boosting Machines (GBM), Neural Networks etc. 
  
• Strong problem-solving ability, and willingness to dive deep and work on difficult and ambiguous problems with unknown outcomes.
  
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), 
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)

Bonus points: 

• Master's degree or/and Phd in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
