The Protein Research Group at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU) in Odense is seeking a skilled Proteomics Data Scientist to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our proteomics research program, specifically focusing on large-scale data analysis within our PLATO research infrastructure (www.sdu.dk/plato) and the National Health Data Science Sandbox. We take advantage of cloud platforms and software containers to enhance performance and usability of our computational proteomics resources. This data scientist position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to national and international research projects in a highly collaborative and dynamic working environment at SDU. The position is initially for 1 year with possibility for extension. The position is available from October 1, 2025.
