Key responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Stack Data Scientist to join our Advanced Analytics team within the Chief Data Office. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with subject matter experts across various business domains to develop and implement data-driven solutions that address complex challenges and drive strategic decision-making.
You will leverage your expertise in data analytics and machine learning to extract actionable insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes, helping to accelerate our organization’s transformation journey.
As a Data Scientist Full Stack, you are in charge of the following responsibilities:
What you bring
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience using frameworks like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, Shapely, Plotly, Streamlit, MLFlow, and SQLAlchemy.
Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning and natural language processing with a proven ability to develop and deploy ML models in production environments.
Expertise in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for efficient deployment and scaling of applications.
Proficiency in working with SQL databases, with experience in NoSQL databases being a plus.
Experience with GitHub, including workflows for version control, collaboration, and code management.
Ability to take ownership, develop concepts, and drive ML models through to implementation.
Experience working in agile methodologies within fast-paced, dynamic, and international environments.
Strong intercultural sensitivity and prior experience working in an international context.
Highly developed interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, and negotiation with both technical and non-technical audiences.
