What you'll do

• Leverage your deep understanding of the physical production environment to optimize processes, focusing on your mechanical and physical insights
• Listen, understand, and convince production line workers to drive improvements and efficiencies
• Extract usable data from various sources, preprocess structured and unstructured data, and enhance data collection procedures
• Process, cleanse, and validate data, analyzing large datasets to find patterns and solutions
• Use AI tools to select features, create and optimize classifiers, and develop prediction systems and machine learning algorithms

Who you are 

• Hold a Ph.D. level in engineering, physics, or equivalent proven achievements
• Have a detailed understanding of processes without losing sight of the big picture
• An intellectual "do" person willing to go to the shop floor to get things done
• Know or be willing to learn multiple programming languages like Python and Rust, understanding when to use each
• Present results clearly, propose solutions and strategies, and collaborate effectively with Business and IT teams
