Position Overview
Autodesk is seeking an experienced data scientist to join the Data Science & Analytics team in our Go-To-Market Data Intelligence (GDI) organization. The GDI team is chartered with delivering accurate foundational data and customer intelligence to inform go-to-market (GTM) teams’ engagement across the customer lifecycle. Data Scientists will play a critical role in developing strategic data products used by all ADSK GTM teams.
Responsibilities
Leverage Data Mining techniques to find key business insights
Developing and improving Data Science models
Collaborate with Program Managers to explore new data product ideas or enhancements
Work with Machine Learning Engineering team to train, validate and deploy ML products
Become an expert in Autodesk data
Work as an individual contributor with opportunities for leadership as we grow the team
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience with developing Machine Learning models
Familiarity with GTM data (Salesforce, financial metrics, product usage/engagement)
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced SQL and Python skills.
Familiarity with DBT

Is a strong communicator – you can adjust communication for technical stakeholders and non-technical stakeholders
Is flexible and can work with their manager, product owners, and stakeholders to prioritize between multiple projects
Have a strong attention to detail and care deeply about data quality
Proactively reach out to stakeholders to understand the business use case better
Enjoy collaborating with team members to drive impact
