OPS Consulting LLC is seeking a Data Scientist based out of Annapolis Junction, MD.

At OPS Consulting, you will seek to find principled conclusions from large data sets through the elements of mathematics, statistics, computer science, and programming.

Required Skills:

• Designing and implementing machine learning, data science, and advanced analytical algorithms.
• Programming and software engineering skills in at least one high level language (Python, Java, etc..)
• Statistical Analysis experience (variability, sampling error, inference, hypothesis testing)
• Data Management (data cleaning and transformation), data mining, data modeling, and assessment
• Artificial intelligence
• Effectively communicate complex technical information.

Basic Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field.

Security Clearance: A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00

Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
