Overview:
Team members in this role will identify, formulate, and address complex business problems, design, and drive the creation of new data products and analytical capabilities embedded in multiple business applications.
Technical skills:
- Utilize Natural Language Processing techniques and Generative AI to drive business value (e.g. creating Agent Framework for customer-facing product).
- Design large scale models using techniques such as Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Spatial models, Time-series models, and Machine Learning algorithms
- Deploy ML/NLP solutions in production environment (e.g. AWS SageMaker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Knowledge in Hypothesis testing, Statistical Methods, Sampling Theory, Experimental Design
- Expertise with common advanced analysis tools – SQL & Python/PyTorch
- Demonstrated familiarity (work experience, GitHub account) with OOP concepts.
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS) & MLOps is a plus.
- Proficiency with Excel, and PowerPoint required
What You’ll Bring to The Team:
- Be motivated to explore and identify opportunities from scratch by thinking backwards on problem solving by putting users and data at the center of analysis and decision making. Develop prototypes for new data product ideas.
- Use business acumen and analytical skills to identify opportunities, estimate potential, layout strategy roadmaps to solve complex business problems. Work closely with product managers to identify and answer important product questions that help improve outcomes

- Communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner
Required Education and Experience
- Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
