The position
As our new Student Assistant, you will know how to convert complex information into useable, deterministic data that can be further analyzed for extraction features. By creating data visualizations, you will help leaders make informed decisions while effectively tracking data to optimize employee management. We have a keen interest in data acquisition, data translation, and data analysis (descriptive, prescriptive & predictive) all presented around clear, concise, and precise visualization.
For this position, you can both work in the office and/or work from home. Since the nature of the job is student-based, you can develop and learn how to apply complex concepts to real-world applications using the knowledge that you gain from an academic degree. About the department
You will be a part of the Novo Nordisk Insulin manufacturing, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), and assigned to API People and Organisation. You will be joining a department of more than 50 highly skilled colleagues who support more than 4500 employees with human resource-related opportunities and challenges. You will report directly to the Vice President of P&O.
