Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Delivery Team Lead for North America to manage our team of Data Analysts. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality compliance leads to our North American customers by ensuring robust data analysis, seamless integration of our data models, and timely delivery of actionable insights. You will engage with customers to present results, understand and address their unique challenges, and work with internal stakeholders, including the Product and R&D teams.

About the postion

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts dedicated to delivering precise and actionable compliance leads while setting performance objectives and conducting regular performance reviews to ensure professional growth and high team performance.
• Oversee the full cycle of data analysis, lead generation, and delivery to North American customers by ensuring quality standards and timely delivery of high-profile compliance leads.
• Guide the team in analyzing large-scale data sets to produce clear, detailed, and actionable reports, and develop best practices in data analytics and reporting methodologies.
• Work with customers to deliver results, understand their challenge, and tailor the delivery process to meet their specific needs.
• Work with the Product and R&D teams to implement enhancements that increase the value and accuracy of the delivered leads and collaborate with the Sales team to support the sales process.
• Oversee the team’s efforts in conducting extensive open-source intelligence (OSINT) and web research to enrich data insights, keeping abreast of emerging trends in data collection and analysis relevant to financial crime detection.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within data analytics, with a minimum of 5 years overall experience and at least 2 years in management.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, with advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and demonstrated capacity to analyze large, complex data sets; experience with investigative research methodologies including OSINT and WEBINT is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, withstrong presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers, translating complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• A “can-do” approach with a willingness to perform hands-on work when needed.
• A detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
