The job

We’re looking for a Customer Support Manager, focused delivering world-class customer support to our users.

What you will do

  1. Support our customers every day.

  2. Working with the rest of the team, develop the customer support function from the ground up.

  3. It's the first dedicated customer support role at Relevance AI. So it's a very rare opportunity to really have a huge impact.

  4. Work with the team to ensure that our guides and documentation are up to date.

  5. Deploy AI Agents to help you deliver world class customer support.

What You Will Need?

  1. Experience as a Customer Support Manager in a SAAS B2B environment.

  2. Excellent communication skills

  3. The ability to quickly get up to speed with the developments of a rapidly changing product.
