We’re looking for a highly motivated, business-oriented Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team in North America. This role is critical in driving customer engagement, ensuring long-term success, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product onboarding and training to ensure successful adoption of WINT solutions
  • Drive contract renewals and maintain high retention rates
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to drive engagement and satisfaction
  • Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating the business value of WINT’s solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Support) to improve customer experience
  • Provide technical guidance and insights to customers on best practices
  • Advocate for customers internally, ensuring their feedback is integrated into product improvements

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong business mindset with a focus on driving value and growth
  • Charismatic, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Startup experience required; corporate experience is a plus
  • Experience working with hardware + software solutions is an advantage
  • Prior experience in construction, real estate, or related industries is beneficial
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and events
  • Hybrid work model – Boston-based candidates preferred
