Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and provide training to ensure they are equipped to use our AI solutions effectively.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
  • Regularly check in with customers to assess their satisfaction and proactively address any challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with various internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to drive product enhancements.
  • Champion the voice of the customer within the organization, promoting customer-centric practices.
  • Monitor customer success metrics and develop strategies for improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in business.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the software or technology industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the credit and data industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software.
