We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Success Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing renewals, providing exceptional account servicing, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage renewal processes for existing customers, ensuring timely and accurate contract extensions
2. Track and monitor customer accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
3. Provide comprehensive account servicing, including order processing, invoicing, and customer support
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system
5. Collaborate with sales representatives to gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
6. Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services
7. Prepare and distribute sales reports and dashboards for management review
8. Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. 1+ years of experience in a sales administration role
3. Fresh graduates with strong passion in IT industry is highly welcome
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
5. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
9. Proficient in Google Workspace is an advantage
