Role & Responsibility Description

• Meeting management of key CSR committees and sub-committees including the ESG taskforce and the Fractal Sustainability Project Team along with high value external visitors.

• Experience of having managed corporate GHG audits, end to end in line with globally accepted standards. Familiarity with ISO environmental and energy management systems is preferred.

• Experience in designing and executing CSR volunteering events in line with the company CSR policy. Including social impact sports events, employee engagement and contribution towards Fractal flagship volunteering events, afforestation drives and other events in line with the corporate CSR thrust areas.

• Experience in executing annual holiday gifting exercises that incorporate social and diverse procurement.

• Team point of contact for managing a library of social impact and sustainable mementoes.

• Producing high impact social impact and climate change collateral for internal and external dissemination. Experience in impact story telling is preferred. Knowledge of Canva, Adobe editing tools and basic familiarity with video creation and editing using Sway, Vimeo platforms.

• Strong internal stakeholder management skills that involve seamless communication, collection, and collation of ESG reporting data, surveys and metrics across internal stakeholder teams. Strong excel skills are preferred.

• Sustainability literacy training module development, with a focus on creating learning and development material with the Fractal Analytics Academy that is engaging for Fractalites across the globe.

• Desk and occasional field research on topics related to environmental sustainability and net zero.

Essential skills for the role: 

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Strong excel skills

• Strong meeting management and project tracking skills

• Mastery of tools such as Canva, Sway, Vimeo, SharePoint

• Familiarity with GHG emission reporting protocols and audit frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years prior work experience in a relevant role

• BSc/MSc or, B.E. or, M Com from the IT industry/Hospitality industry/ESG consulting
