Your mission

  • Push our C++ codebase to its limits — performance, stability, and clarity
  • Optimize memory use, real-time responsiveness, and multithreading
  • Build low-latency networking (e.g. gRPC, ZeroMQ, DDS) for real-time ops
  • Harden the system against failures and external threats
  • Implement secure communication and anti-spoofing mechanisms
  • Collaborate closely with a small team of top-tier engineers across embedded, AI, and robotics

Your profile

  • Deep C++ mastery (modern C++, performance tuning, debugging, real-world deployment)
  • Rust experience is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with real-time systems and concurrency
  • Solid instincts for reliability, safety, and secure coding
  • Fast execution, high standards, zero ego
Nice to have
  • Experience with AI/ML for autonomous UAV decision-making
