The team & role 

Our Creative-AI squad is half traditional post-production excellence, half “zero-code” tool builders. We need someone who can craft gorgeous GenAI images & videos, wire up no-code automations, and guide projects from whiteboard to launch.

As a Creative AI Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our AI initiatives, leading our internal marketing-creative team in leveraging AI for project enhancement and workflow optimization. Your expertise will also contribute to the AI education of our team, ensuring they remain at the forefront of AI advancements in the creative industry.

What you will be doing

  • Own ComfyUI pipelines—build image & video workflows in ComfyUI with Stable Diffusion, Flux; fine-tune and train LoRAs.
  • Provide internal automation solutions and creative platforms using zero-code tools and AI IDEs (Cursor, v0.dec, Base44, etc.), connect API endpoints (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, fal.ai, Replicate)
  • Lead end-to-end project management and collaborate with Marketing & Sales—gather requirements, align stakeholders, track progress, run feedback loops, and ensure deliverables meet business KPIs.
  • Research & QA internal GenAI models—evaluate and troubleshoot models like LTX Video, raising quality bars for brand safety and polish.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create AI-generated videos, visuals, and walkthroughs tailored for platforms like Reddit and Discord, supporting education, engagement, and product awareness.

Your skills and experience

  • ComfyUI experience (MUST)—able to build complex node graphs and train image/video LoRAs.
  • 5 + years in post-production (editing, VFX, motion or similar).
  • 3 + years creating marketing assets for B2B or B2C products.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud & design tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Figma.
  • Hands-on work with zero-code platforms and IDEs like Cursor, Windsurf.
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools: LTX Studio, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Runway, Veo3, Kling, ElevenLabs, Hedra, Heygen & more.
  • Strong communication in Hebrew & English—comfortable briefing creatives, marketers and execs alike.
  • Script-writing or programming experience (Python/JS or creative coding) - a big plus.
  • Experience with 3D Softwares, sound design & mixing and Color grading in DaVinci Resolve- a plus.
