What You Will Do 

• Design, plan, and implement network infrastructure for Data Center. 
• Design, deploy and support network Infra that encompasses Core Networking(Routing,Switching), SDN, L4, Firewalls etc. 
• Work closely with stakeholders, understand Business needs and provide appropriate network solutions. 
• Ensure High Availability of Network Services 
• Identify appropriate network providers and solutions. 
• Work with other IT teams to resolve IT related incidents. 
• Ensuring the local network is responsive to user demands. 
• Scaling network services to serve growing businesses. 
• Create, oversee, and evaluate security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery) 
• Monitor network performance and integrity. 
• Communicate with users and stakeholders. 
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines 
• Ensuring operating environments stay safe and secure. 

Essential Qualifications 

• 10+ years of working with Large DataCenter networks. 
• In-depth experience in Switching, Routing, Virtual Network, Firewall, Load Balancer. 
• Knowledge on Firewall Administration 
• Lead the team technically in devising new solutions and developing continuous improvements. 
• Solid background in network administration and architecture 
• Knowledge in routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, VxLAN), switching, network security 
• Familiarity with access control models and network security 
• Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools. 
• Solid understanding of network operating systems 
• Sharp troubleshooting skills 
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior members in the team. 
• Capable of training Help Desk staff on new technologies implemented. 
• Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 
• Update on the emerging network technologies. 
• Professional certification (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE) 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Palo Alto, Fortinet – Stateful inspection, IPSec VPN, GlobalProtect, 
• Cisco – ACI,NDFC, Arista – CloudVision, etc 
• Infiniband, RoCEv2, VLAN/VxLAN, 
• Load Balancer – HAProxy, Kubernetes Intergration, SSL/TLS 
• Experience working in startups, ecommerce. 
• Knowledge of project management principles.
