Your mission

• Identify and evaluate strategic investment and acquisition opportunities in AI-sensor technology, Edge AI, autonomous navigation, and UAV-related innovations
• Lead M&A activities, joint ventures, and minority investments to expand technological capabilities
• Develop and execute corporate venture strategies to strengthen the company’s market position
• Build and maintain relationships with startups, venture funds, and technology incubators
• Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessments for potential acquisitions
• Collaborate with engineering, AI, and product teams to assess the integration potential of new technologies
• Monitor emerging trends in AI, autonomy, and aerospace innovation for strategic investment alignment
• Represent the company in venture capital, defense tech, and startup ecosystems

Your profile

• 5+ years experience in corporate venture capital (CVC), M&A, or strategic investments in tech, defense, or aerospace industries
• Strong expertise in deal structuring, financial analysis, and technology due diligence
• Experience in negotiating acquisitions, partnerships, and venture investments
• Knowledge of AI, sensor fusion, autonomous systems, and defense technology markets
• Familiarity with export control regulations (ITAR, EAR) and dual-use technology investments

• Background in startup acceleration, deep-tech funding, or venture scouting
• Experience in scaling acquired technologies within a defense or UAV enterprise
• Knowledge of cross-border M&A strategies and defense sector investment frameworks
