What will you do every day?
We’re looking for an experienced and engaging trainer that is a confident public speaker with a passion for helping people learn new things. As a member of the Customer Success team, your primary role is to train customers (primarily healthcare providers) how to use Suki’s products. You will be responsible for engaging with customer success managers to understand the needs of each customer and deliver 1:1, small group, and large group training sessions. You will also deliver train-the-trainer sessions to customers’ staff and Suki internal personnel. You will need to become an expert in the variations of Suki’s products and understand how they integrate with various electronic medical records systems (EMRs). You will also need a solid understanding of healthcare provider workflows, particularly how they use EMRs (especially Epic) to document patient visits.

This position can be remote and supports team members with customers across the United States. You are welcome to visit and/or work out of our office in Redwood City, California. One week a year, we gather for a company-wide retreat. Quarterly, we gather for an in-person working session at/near our office.

In compliance with the State of California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $90,000 - $130,000 in CA. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
