II - Who We Are Looking For?

New Mind AI is seeking a talented and passionate Corporate Communications, Social Media, and Digital Content Specialist to join our growing team. As a Corporate Communications, Social Media, and Digital Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our online presence, including our websites, brands, and social media accounts. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our website, ensuring a seamless online experience for our users and showcasing our brand, products, and services. Additionally, you will manage and maintain the online presence of our brands and ensure consistency across all online platforms, including our website and social media accounts.

III - What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

You will be responsible for the following tasks: (i) Develop and implement corporate communications, social media, and website strategies to promote New Mind AI's brand, products, and services; (ii) Create and disseminate key messages, press releases, and other communications materials to stakeholders, customers, and the wider public; (iii) Manage and maintain New Mind AI's online presence, including our website, social media accounts, and brand reputation; (iv) Develop and implement website content and design strategies to ensure a seamless online experience for our users; (v) Manage and maintain the online presence of our brands, ensuring consistency across all online platforms; (vi) Monitor and analyze website and social media metrics to optimize our online presence and engagement; (vii) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and branding; (viii) Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry partners to promote our brand and reputation; (ix) Manage and maintain our brand reputation by monitoring and responding to online reviews, comments, and feedback.

IV - What Is Required from You?

You will be required to have the following qualifications and skills: (i) Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field; (ii) Experience: Proven experience in corporate communications, social media, website management, or a related field; experience in the tech industry is a plus; (iii) Expertise: Strong understanding of corporate communications, social media, branding principles, and website management; proficiency in social media management tools, website content management systems, and analytics; (iv) Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in corporate communications, social media, and website management; understanding of brand reputation management and online presence optimization; (v) Skills: Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in creating engaging online content and managing online presence; (vi) Language: Strong written and verbal English language skills are a must; (vii) Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
