What You'll Do

Lead Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that drive scalable growth, ensuring smooth SaaS ramp-up as the company expands.
  • Build and refine processes that support efficient product deployments, customer onboarding, and user adoption in a rapidly evolving SaaS environment.

Accelerate Revenue & Market Expansion

  • Drive customer acquisition, boost revenue growth, and foster strategic partnerships with providers, payers, and health systems, leveraging a deep understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based revenue streams.
  • Spearhead efforts to scale business operations while maintaining focus on key SaaS metrics like churn, LTV (Lifetime Value), and ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue).

Optimize SaaS Operations

  • Establish and optimize key SaaS operational processes—streamlining workflows from product deployment to customer lifecycle management, ensuring seamless scaling and high operational efficiency.
  • Implement best practices for billing, subscription management, and contract renewals, creating a frictionless customer experience.

Advance AI & EHR Integration

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the AI-powered solution, ensuring smooth integration with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and driving innovation in AI capabilities.
  • Focus on improving the operational scalability of the platform, ensuring seamless EHR interoperability and AI-enhanced workflows.

Drive Financial Performance

  • Work closely with the CFO to manage budgets, optimize profitability, and implement cost-effective strategies to support sustainable growth.
  • Leverage financial data to drive operational decisions, ensuring SaaS unit economics (e.g., CAC, LTV) remain healthy and support long-term business goals.

Ensure Regulatory Compliance

  • Lead efforts to maintain adherence to HIPAA, HITECH, and other critical healthcare regulations, ensuring that our AI-powered SaaS solution meets industry standards for security and interoperability (FHIR, HL7).
  • Drive the operational implementation of compliance measures and foster a culture of security and privacy across the organization.

Expand Global Reach

  • Lead international market entry and expansion strategies, ensuring the operational infrastructure is in place to scale globally while maintaining compliance with local healthcare regulations and SaaS requirements.
  • Manage cross-border operations, ensuring smooth collaboration between global teams to accelerate market adoption.

Foster a High-Performance Culture

  • Build and lead top-tier teams, driving a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence, with a specific focus on operational efficiency and SaaS best practices.
  • Champion a data-driven, results-oriented approach to scaling operations and continuously improving internal processes.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of executive leadership experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or health IT, with a strong track record of scaling SaaS businesses and driving significant revenue growth having personally driven revenue to $100 million ARR and above.
  • Proven SaaS expertise with deep knowledge of scaling subscription-based models, optimizing metrics like churn, CAC, LTV, and MRR, and driving operational excellence.
  • Experience in AI-driven healthcare solutions or workflow automation is a strong advantage, particularly in SaaS environments.
  • Strong operational, financial, and strategic acumen to optimize performance, with hands-on experience in SaaS growth phases—ramping up to scale efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) and EHR interoperability (FHIR, HL7), and the ability to build compliant, scalable operations.
  • Experience in enterprise partnerships with healthcare providers, payers, and health systems, and the ability to drive SaaS-based collaborations.
  • International business management experience, including overseeing cross-border operations, global market expansion, and adapting SaaS offerings to new regions.
  • A dynamic, results-driven leader and communicator, skilled in driving organizational change and adapting to the fast-paced, evolving healthcare tech space.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
