Conversational Designer (AI) 

National salary circa £55,000 - London salary circa £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

Skills & experience we’re looking for: 

• Strong experience in conversational design and UX writing, strong expertise in chatbot technologies and NLP, exceptional copywriting abilities, and a collaborative, analytical mindset suited for fast-paced, cross-functional environments.  

• Strong experience in UI design methods and principles, including design systems for both web and app. Delivering pixel-perfect designs that adhere to Aviva’s brand guidelines and design standards.  

• Ability to lead projects from discovery through to delivery, gathering requirements and actionable insights to inform design and iteratively test with customers to optimise the experience.  

• Collaborating closely with colleagues from across Aviva to deliver the best outcomes for our customers, including Product, Engineering, Data, UX Research, Accessibility and Legal  

• Highly skilled in using design tools such as Figma, Figjam, Photoshop, Illustrator, Optimal Workshop, and Adobe Analytics

• Starting salary between c. £55,000 and £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
