About This Role:

We are seeking a talented Content Writer to join our marketing team and play a pivotal role in driving product adoption and engaging audiences across the entire customer journey. In this position, you will craft compelling content that showcases the value of our cutting-edge AI products, bridging the gap between technical innovation and real-world applications while supporting our sales-led and product-led growth initiatives.

What You'll Do:

Thought Leadership and Lead Generation: Produce in-depth articles, whitepapers, and long-form content that establish our brand as a thought leader in the AI space. Write engaging narratives that educate prospects on industry challenges and how our solutions can address them, driving lead-generation efforts.

Product Marketing Content: Create engaging product marketing collateral, including product brochures, use cases, and educational resources that highlight the features, benefits, and use cases of our AI solutions. Craft content that drives product understanding, adoption, and retention among users and customers.

Sales Enablement Content: Develop high-quality content assets, such as battle cards, competitive analysis, and sales playbooks, to support our sales team in effectively positioning and selling our products to prospects and customers.

Customer Success Storytelling: Collaborate with product teams, customers, and partners to create persuasive case studies and success stories that illustrate the tangible impact of our code optimisation products. Highlight customer pain points, our unique value proposition, and measurable results achieved.

Content Strategy and Ideation: Actively contribute to content strategy discussions with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and customer success. Propose fresh content ideas and formats based on industry trends, product roadmaps, customer feedback, and content performance analytics.

Requirements

Strong experience crafting high-quality content for B2B SaaS companies, preferably in the AI, data science, or software engineering domains.

A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of content types, including product marketing collateral, sales enablement assets, thought leadership pieces, case studies, and technical content.

Solid technical knowledge and the ability to translate complex AI, data science, and software engineering concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a talent for creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences across various channels and stages of the customer journey.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and customer success, to align content with company objectives, product launches, and growth strategies.

Familiarity with SEO best practices, content performance analytics, and utilising data-driven insights to optimise content strategy and measure success.
