Consulting - Technology Consulting - AI & Data - End to End - Data Design & Management (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1544540), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Houston, TX.  
 
Support client engagement teams delivering professional services that focus on complex client business problems involving the acquisition, validation, and analysis of data in electronic form. Confer with client management and personnel to identify business needs, making assessments through process based diagnostic analytics, solution analytics, and enterprise analytics. Review reports and document findings to present to the team to help prepare recommendations for the client. Strategize and implement master data management, data governance, enterprise data management, enterprise content management and knowledge management.  Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Analyze data gathered using Enterprise Intelligence (EI) as a key enabler, and integrate analytics and business intelligence to provide solutions according to clients’ organizational policies and IT environment. Demonstrate strong project management skills, monitor engagement status, and manage staff performance. Utilize data strategy, data governance, data quality, data definition and usage, and data management to transform and improve clients’ organizations. Highlight key business issues the client may face. 
   
Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field; and at least 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressive related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field; and at least 4 years of related work experience. 
  
Must have 4 years of experience in at least one or a combination of the following analytics tools:  
- ACL, 
- Tableau, 
- Spotfire, 
- Microsoft SQL Server,  
- SPSS,  
- SAS, 
- Business Objects,  
- Cognos, 
- Informatica, 
- Trillium, and/or 
- Data Stage. 
 
Must have 4 years of experience in at least one or a combination of the following modernized information
 management tool landscapes: 
- Talend, 
- Collibra,  
- Oracle DRM, 
- SAP MDM,
- Informatica,
- Hyperion, 
- Essbase, and/or 
- SQL.
 
Must have 4 years of experience using analytics to solve business problems, monitor risks in business processes and apply analytic technologies to deliver value to the business.
   
Must have 4 years of experience with ETL processes. 
   
Must have 4 years of experience advising clients on the full data supply chain from data wrangling to data consumption via analytics. 
 
Must have 4 years of experience in providing complex consultative services in at least one or a combination of the following areas: 
- information strategy,  
- data architecture,
- information/data governance, 
- master data management, 
- data quality, and/or  
- data integration. 

Must have 2 years of experience in supervising a team of professionals.

Travel required up to 80% of the time, of which 10% may be international, to serve client needs.
