Job Summary

CloudBlue is seeking a Learning Systems & AI Knowledge Engineer dedicated to enhancing customer onboarding and knowledge accessibility through AI-driven learning solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in educating and empowering customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, and supporting their transition to business-as-usual operations so they can successfully adopt and grow their CloudBlue solution.

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Learning Management System (LMS), maintaining legacy training content, and leveraging AI-powered tools to create engaging and effective learning experiences. This includes training LLM-based RAG systems to provide real-time knowledge retrieval, developing AI-generated microlearning courses, and continuously improving training materials based on product updates, FAQs, and customer support insights.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Account Management teams to ensure our learning content aligns with customer needs and accelerates CloudBlue solution adoption. By integrating AI-enhanced knowledge systems and data-driven learning strategies, you will help drive customer success, engagement, and self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities:
 

Learning Content Management & Maintenance

  • Maintain and optimize a centralized knowledge repository within the LMS.
  • Ensure learning content is structured, easily searchable, and up to date with the latest product features.
  • Lead the creation of comprehensive educational materials for CloudBlue customers and internal teams to facilitate deep understanding of the CloudBlue monetization platform.
  • Analyze platform nuances, functionalities, and best practices to develop targeted, role-specific learning paths.
  • Use AI-powered tools to create microlearning courses, interactive tutorials, and adaptive learning experiences.
     

AI-Enhanced Knowledge Automation

  • Train and fine-tune LLM-based RAG systems to provide real-time knowledge retrieval and automated learning support.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI-based learning tools to optimize training workflows.
     

Multimedia & Interactive Content Creation

  • Produce engaging onboarding materials, including videos, infographics, and interactive simulations, to enhance learning experiences.
  • Leverage AI-generated media tools to automate content creation and keep materials fresh.
  • Continuously refine training materials based on user engagement analytics and feedback.
     

Collaborative Partnership & Knowledge Insights

  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Account Management to ensure training aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Gather insights from support tickets, FAQs, and customer feedback to identify training gaps and improve knowledge resources.
  • Implement data-driven improvements to the learning ecosystem based on real-world usage patterns.
     

What you bring to the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or education or equivalent field experience.
  • 3+ years or equivalent experience designing & creating education/on-boarding content.
  • 3+ years’ experience managing learning management systems (LMS).
  • 1+ year experience in delivering education for a technical product or solution is required.
  • Proficiency in knowledge management, including content structuring and taxonomy
  • Experience with Articulate is a plus.
  • Experience with AI-powered learning tools, RAG systems, and LLM training is a plus.
  • Experience with AI-driven content creation tools is a plus.
