Location: In Office, Paris Issy-les-Moulineaux. This role requires in office work 4-5 days/week.

The Role

On this team you are going to be responsible for delivering automated media understanding solutions for advanced video editing features to easily build incredible videos. These features are built for mobile addressing a variety of technical challenges in the areas of real-time video processing and scene understanding.

In this role, you will be part of a computer vision and machine learning team, researching and applying a range of cutting edge research techniques to propose advanced editing features for the GoPro users.

Internship Subject

The main objective of this internship is to explore the computer vision field in order to understand the media content. In practice, the goal is to compare the algorithms' performances in terms of quality and speed and propose a potential solution with high accuracy and fast inference. 

What You Will Do

• Investigate State-Of-The-Art algorithms
• Reconstitute a dataset for the training and validation from open-source datasets
• Evaluate the existing models and optimize for mobile devices.
• Convert Models to TFLite and CoreML
• Run Tests on mobile devices: Android and iOS platforms
