Develop and improve machine learning algorithms and models for object detection in image sequences and videos.Select and evaluate machine learning model architectures for the task, balancing performance and runtime efficiency.Continuously enhance model performance by training with optimized hyperparameters and expanded datasets.Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific publications and advancements in the field of object detection.Supervise and guide the AI-engineering team to ensure consistently high-quality machine learning models.

MustUniversity degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Math, Physics, etc...Relevant experience with PythonInteresting framworks are for example: Pandas, Numpy, etcMachine Learning Frameworks: PyTorch, (Tensorflow) Building and training Computer Vision models (CNNs, RNNs, Transfomers)You are able to find new creative solutions for non-standard problemsNice to haveExperience in tracking Experience in ROS2, OpenCV, TensorRTExperience in ML-Ops Platforms like ClearML, MLFlow, Weights & BiasesMetaIntrinsic motivation, willing to go the extra mile, attention to detailOutside of the box creativity, conceptional & systematic design thinking, disciplined executionServant leader mindset, placing team success over egoHighest moral standards and work ethicWe value extra-curricular responsibilities and achievements in your biographyFluent in English or GermanNationality of a NATO member nation or close ally is a mustSuccessful candidates will be required to obtain security clearance
