About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable healthcare Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that provider documentation meets internal and external compliance standards, through every processing step of our AI-driven platforms. You will play a critical role in maintaining regulatory adherence, mitigating risks, and supporting our commitment to ethical and legal healthcare practices.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ongoing reviews of provider documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Assess documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to coding and billing guidelines.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, errors, or potential compliance risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to providers and staff on compliance-related matters.
  • Support audits and investigations related to documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain detailed records and reports to track compliance trends and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, compliance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in healthcare compliance, medical documentation review, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid).
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate compliance requirements effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Certification in healthcare compliance (e.g., CHC, CPC, or similar) is a plus.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in our Bengaluru office with a fully in-person team.
