About the team
Responsible for requirement analysis and strategy optimization of Big Language Model, responsible for data quality and model effect, and working with multiple teams such as evaluation and R & D to improve model effect

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with legal teams and relevant stakeholders to define the boundaries for LLM data acquisition, production, and usage practices, encompassing a broad spectrum of compliance issues such as IP infringement, data export and import, data privacy, and more.
2. Oversee key initiatives arising from compliance requirements for LLM development and the integration of LLM into global applications.
3. Propose and implement solutions that strike a balance between compliance obligations and the advancement of business/technical research.

Qualifications

Job requirements
1. A solid understanding of tech development, algorithm training, or data security is essential. Fluency in business terminology is also required. Previous experience in similar roles is highly preferred.
2. At least seven years of professional experience is required.
3. Proficiency in English is mandatory. Multi-language skill is preferred to better understand current compliance product with global team.
4. A deep interest in both Large Language Models (LLMs) and compliance work is vital.
5. A collaborative and resourceful team player who can exert influence with tact and diplomacy. The ideal candidate will be committed to compliance while maintaining a strong drive for business and technological research advancement.
