Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end event management including virtual, hybrid, and in-person experiences - from venue selection and budget planning to day-of execution and post-event analysis
• Manage post-event processes including stakeholder reporting, attendee follow-up, and metrics analysis
• Build and coordinate event teams comprising internal staff, contractor support, and vendor partnerships
• Partner with marketing to create compelling event promotion campaigns and maintain brand consistency
• Proactively identify opportunities to scale event impact and reach through process improvements and innovation
• Research and implement emerging event technologies and industry best practices
• Provide direct product feedback to improve Key's platform experience

Requirements

• Based in San Francisco Bay Area
• 3+ years proven experience in event management and production
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent events while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with expertise in real-time issue resolution
• Excellence in cross-functional leadership and relationship building
• Strategic budget management skills with proven negotiation experience
• Forward-thinking approach to event innovation and cultural relevance
• Flexibility to manage time-sensitive needs outside standard hours
• Expert in Google Workspace; Adobe Creative Suite/Figma experience valuable
• Deep resonance with Key's mission and enthusiasm for brand advocacy

Benefits

• US Salary Range: $52,000 to $80,000 per annum. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
