About the role:
As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding, maintaining, and reporting on channel partnerships. You'll also support our sales team with essential tools and cross-department collaboration, ensuring seamless operations. With a strong focus on CRM—covering usage, automation, migration, and reporting—you'll dive into revenue operations, including GMV, revenue, merchant reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. You will l collaborate closely with our strategy team on impactful projects and drive our success forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding and relationship management with partners
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales reports and dashboards
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights
- Support the sales team in managing customer data and maintaining the CRM system
- Assist in the optimization of sales processes and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations
- Contribute to ongoing projects related to sales operations
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 1 - 2 years of experience in sales operation, partnerships, or/and revenue operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
