Job Description: Cloud Microsoft 365 IT Support Specialist (Mac Environment) 

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Microsoft 365 IT Support Specialist with expertise in SharePoint, OneDrive, and the full suite of Microsoft 365 products within a Mac environment. This role requires a professional who can provide on-demand support and maintain a high level of flexibility with timing to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Microsoft 365 Expertise: 
- Provide advanced support for SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 applications in a Mac environment. 
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 products and services on Mac devices. 

2. Cloud Support and Administration: 
- Manage and maintain cloud-based Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. 
- Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 applications to meet user and organizational needs. 

3. SharePoint and OneDrive Management: 
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of SharePoint sites and libraries. 
- Provide support for file management, syncing, and collaboration tools using OneDrive. 

4. On-Demand Availability: 
- Respond promptly to support requests and technical issues, providing assistance during flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. 
- Ensure minimal disruption to business operations through timely resolution of issues. 

5. User Training and Documentation: 
- Provide training and guidance to users on effectively utilizing Microsoft 365 tools in a Mac environment. 
- Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting and usage best practices. 

6. System Maintenance and Updates: 
- Monitor and apply updates to Microsoft 365 applications and Mac systems to ensure compatibility and security. 
- Stay informed about new Microsoft 365 features and Mac OS updates, implementing them where appropriate. 

Qualifications and Requirements: 

1. Educational Background: 
A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. 
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals) are an asset. 

2. Technical Skills: 
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Outlook. 
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 in a Mac OS environment. 
- Strong understanding of cloud-based systems and IT support tools. 

3. Experience: 
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing IT support, with a focus on Microsoft 365 solutions. 
- Hands-on experience supporting Mac OS users in a professional setting. 

4. Soft Skills: 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 
- High level of flexibility and responsiveness to meet on-demand support needs.
