Minimum Required Experience 💻 - University degree in Systems Engineering, Informatics Engineering or related bachelor's level.- Experience working with SaaS services and cloud providers like AWS or similar.- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.- Experience with Python and Bash for automation and scripting tasks.- 2+ years of experience in technology operations or support or sysadmin roles.- Intermediate oral and written communication skills both in Spanish and English.- Experience working with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc) or similar (i.e Office Package)- Comfortable working with open communication tools such as Slack and ClickUp.- Experience with data handling, analysis, and reporting.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize as required.- Comfortable with autonomy, prioritizing tasks, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Rises to challenges and/or unfamiliar tasks with enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.- Experience working with vendors or partners.- Familiarity with research and development processes in business.
